Our Mentoring Process

All clients of our “Achieving Financial Freedom” Mentoring Services go through a “4-Phase” process, which is outlined below and is completely pre-defined and transparent. The process helps clients in achieving full control of their financial decisions by making them financially well-educated.

Phase One (2 Meetings of @ 60 minutes each): The first phase is meant to collect the basic information about the client, such as 1) current financial situation, 2) income and expenses, 3) financial goals and ambitions, and 4) financial challenges and risks.

Phase Two (3 Meetings of @ 60-minutes each): In this phase, all clients undergo a structured financial education process, such as 1) understanding macro-economic indicators and how they affect financial markets, 2) government’s monetary and fiscal policies and their effects, 3) smart spending and budgeting, 4) various investment options in the marketplace and how they work while addressing the pros and cons of each, 5) various decision-making tools to choose the best investment options available.

Phase Three (1 Meeting of @ 90-minutes): Based upon the clients’ information gathered in Phase One, and after conducting an assessment, a financial management proposal is developed. This proposal is shared with the client in this phase, explained, and questions are answered to ensure that the client understands each and every aspect of the proposal and is willing to pursue it.

Phase Four: After Phase Three, we meet with clients at regular intervals (depending on the client’s needs and requirements). It can be quarterly or a six-monthly meeting, in which progress against the financial plan is reviewed, and based on the implementation challenges or the client’s changing economic and/or market scenario, the financial plan is continuously reviewed and revised.
