Faiez Seyal and His Career

An economist by education, a management consultant, a business advisor, a personal finance expert by profession, and a teacher, mentor, and a coach by passion. Faiez has over 35+ years of experience in helping people and organizations achieve their performance and financial dreams. Faiez is privileged to be trained at the world’s premier institutions, including Harvard Business School, NTL Institute, and Tavistock Institute. He is also considered a pioneer of various disciplines in Pakistan, including personal mastery, relationship sciences, holistic health, behavioral sciences, experiential training, change management, and spiritual sciences.

Faiez started his consulting career in Pakistan in 1990 with a large multinational management consulting company. With dozens of successful consulting projects with leading national and multinational business houses at his credit, he quickly climbed up the ladder and became a Partner and Director of the company in 1993. In his new role, he acquired a deep insight into the corporate boardrooms of the leading multinational organizations. These organizations’ never-ending appetite for profitability and tactics (mostly unethical) used to serve this appetite quickly made him disillusioned, leading to his resignation from this “so-called” glorified world, and stepping out on his own at the end of 1995.

Late Career

Established in 1995, his new consulting firm was built from the ground up as the first-ever, fully Pakistani business process improvement and change management firm, which soon achieved national and international recognition. With hundreds of successful training and consulting projects with leading private, public, and international donor organizations, it was in 2010 when Faiez decided to get out of the rat race, with a vision of helping all people — not just the wealthy organizations. He founded Verita, the first-ever personal development institute, in Pakistan, with a vision to help people make smart decisions, achieve their dreams, and maximize the quality of their lifestyle.

Verita is a continuation of Faiez’s successful legacy of 1995, which he shared in his best-selling “The Road to Success”, the pioneering “personal success and mastery” book published in Pakistan. While Verita, currently managed by Faiez’s team, continues providing the finest resources for people in holistic health and living, a key focus of Faiez’s work for the past decade has been on assisting people to achieve financial freedom. To achieve this, he has educated hundreds of thousands of people through dozens of programs in income generation, money management, savings and investment, real estate management, and success habits. Moreover, he has assisted hundreds of people in achieving financial freedom.
