A coach can provide perspective; help you think about your opportunities in new ways, ask the right questions, be a confidant and sounding board.

Faiez Seyal is a passionate coach who has personally coached thousands of individuals on matters of marriages, relationship, career, business opportunities, entrepreneurship, business revival, personal health, personal development, parenting, psychological trauma, chronic diseases and many more pinching issues of daily life.

These counseling sessions are strictly confidential between the client and the counselor, allowing them to engage in honest conversations surrounding deeper issues which the client has kept buried inside his subconscious which later creep into his conscious life without his intention or will. Such interactions allow the client to enter into a mutually trusting relationship with his coach, therefore, assisting the process of change and growth. The counselor can, henceforth, advise on the best mechanism to deal with the said issue for relief and closure.

TYPES OF COACHING

Faiez provides the following types of coaching services:

BEHAVIORAL COACHING: Providing tools to people suffering from psychological disturbances, behavioral problems, emotional difficulties, stress, and related issues. 

HEALTH COACHING: Centered on how psychology, biology, social groups, and behavior influence wellness, illness, and overall health. Working with clients to help maximize well-being and improve both mental and physical health and also assessing and treating clients who are seeking assistance with a variety of health issues. This might involve providing psychotherapy, administering different psychological assessments, teaching people about different coping techniques, and educating clients about healthy behaviors.

EDUCATIONAL COACHING: Coaching for helping children cope with emotional, academic, social, and behavior problems in school settings. Children who are struggling with some sort of issue, whether it is behavioral, emotional, or academic in nature.

DEVELOPMENT COACHING: Coaching for high potentials to help them understand what it will take to get to the next level of their development and assist them along the way. This could include 360° feedback facilitation and coaching.

PERFORMANCE COACHING: Coaching to help someone get back on track after a failure or less than desirable performance. This could include coaching to assist in their adapting to a different role.

EXECUTIVE COACHING: Generally used for high potentials, but could be used for others as well, who would most benefit from longer term, one-on-one work. This could include 360° feedback facilitation and coaching.

ADJUSTMENT COACHING: Helping the new executive/leader and his/her team or a newly married couple get off to a great start and speed up the time it takes in adjusting in the new role, with new people or at a new place. Can be used as on-boarding coaching for a new individual contributor as well.

RETIREMENT COACHING: Many executives are defined by their job. Used to being a big fish in a small pond and having lots of power, things can be very different for them after retirement from that position – both professionally and personally. Skill shortfalls that were accepted or overlooked because of the power relationship they held in their previous role rarely get overlooked in another environment. This coaching helps executives understand how to adapt to their new role and life post-retirement.

All of Faiez’s coaching services are completely customized for your situation – taking into consideration a number of variables. Depending on the situation, some coaching sessions might be face-to-face and/or via phone.
